Individual Sessions:
$140 (plus GST) for 50 minutes
$170 (plus GST) for 80 minute session
Couples or Family:
$160 (plus GST) for 50 minute session
$190 (plus GST) for 80 minute session
Group Counselling: I offer therapeutic and psycho-educational groups on a range of topics and themes. Cost varies depending on length of group. Please check this page later for upcoming groups.
Workshops & Intensives: I offer workshops and intensives for community members, non-profit and for profit organizations. I can also tailor a workshop to the meet the needs of your group or organization. Cost varies depending on length of time and type of workshop.

Cancellations or Rescheduling: I understand that life happens & even when you have made the best of plans, things can go sideways and you cannot make it to your appointment. Please understand that your appointment has been set aside just for you. If you need to cancel or rebook your appointment, you must give 24 hours notice or you may be charged a late cancellation fee.
*Extended health coverage: If you or your partner have extended health benefits through your employer, some of your counselling sessions may be covered. Before coming to your first appointment, check with your Human Resources department if counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor is covered under your plan.
